PM Modi 8 अगस्त को IIT Delhi के Convocation में होंगे शामिल, करेंगे AI Supercomputing Facility का उद्घाटन

Prime Minister Narendra Modi 8 August 2026 को सुबह 11 बजे Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi के 57th Convocation Ceremony में Chief Guest के तौर पर शामिल होंगे और इसे संबोधित करेंगे। Prime Minister's Office (PMO) ने उनकी भागीदारी को लेकर official statements जारी किए हैं (Source)। इस ceremony के दौरान 587 PhD scholars सहित 3,000 से ज्यादा students को degrees दी जाएंगी।

Convocation में मेधावी छात्रों को मिलेंगे Gold Medals

Prime Minister Modi इस event के दौरान meritorious students को institute के prestigious honors जैसे President's Gold Medal, Director's Gold Medal, Shankar Dayal Sharma Gold Medal और Perfect Ten Gold Medals प्रदान करेंगे। इस ceremony में जिन dignitaries के शामिल होने की उम्मीद है उनमें President Droupadi Murmu, Union Education Minister Pralhad Joshi, NITI Aayog के Member Prof. Abhay Karandikar, IIT Delhi के Board of Governors के Chairperson Harish Salve और IIT Delhi के Director Prof. Rangan Banerjee शामिल हैं।

Param Pragya AI Supercomputing Facility का होगा Inauguration

Prime Minister के visit का एक मुख्य highlight IIT Delhi के Sonipat campus में स्थापित AI-powered high-performance supercomputing facility 'Param Pragya' का inauguration होगा। यह state-of-the-art facility AI, data science, advanced computing और interdisciplinary research में IIT Delhi की capabilities को enhance करेगी, जो advanced technology पर India के focus के साथ align करती है। इस साल के convocation में Bachelor of Design, MA in Culture, Society and Thought, और Executive MBA programs के first batches की graduation को भी celebrate किया जाएगा।
