BRICS Summit 2026 के लिए NDMC ने तैयार किया खास प्लान, शहरभर में बढ़ेंगी सुविधाएं
New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) ने आगामी BRICS Summit के लिए एक व्यापक civic preparedness plan की घोषणा की है। यह Summit 12 से 13 September 2026 तक आयोजित होने वाला है। NDMC Chairperson Manoj Kumar Dwivedi ने बताया कि शहर को international urban management protocols के अनुसार तैयार करने के लिए sanitation, horticulture, infrastructure, electricity और public health पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। इस plan के तहत 41 प्रमुख सड़कों को 14 circles में बांटा गया है और रोज़ाना निरीक्षण के लिए dedicated nodal officers नियुक्त किए गए हैं।
Sanitation और Beautification के लिए विशेष इंतज़ाम
9 से 14 September के बीच NDMC द्वारा round-the-clock sanitation services चलाई जाएंगी, जिसमें extra staff और specialized night-duty teams शामिल होंगी। शहर की खूबसूरती बढ़ाने के लिए 15 स्थानों पर floral boards, 9 flower fountains और 17 roundabouts पर landscape enhancements किए जा रहे हैं। Horticulture departments को green corridors बनाए रखने, छंटाई करने और decorative planters लगाने की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है।
Infrastructure और Public Health पर जोर
Infrastructure को बेहतर बनाने के लिए गड्ढे भरना, footpaths ठीक करना, road signs और railings की मरम्मत का काम किया जा रहा है, साथ ही waterlogging रोकने के लिए preventive drainage measures लिए जा रहे हैं। Summit के दौरान सभी civic services पर नजर रखने के लिए एक 24/7 command and control center काम करेगा जो CCTV surveillance और field reports का इस्तेमाल करेगा। इसके अलावा medical teams और ambulances तैनात रहेंगी, food establishments की जांच होगी और mosquito control operations चलाए जाएंगे।
Events और National Preparations
BRICS Bazaar, BRICS Run & Ride, BRICS Murals & Painting और BRICS Food Festival जैसे events के लिए specialized nodal officers नियुक्त किए गए हैं। यह पूरी तैयारी External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar द्वारा शुरू की गई national preparations का हिस्सा है, जिन्होंने हाल ही में आधिकारिक BRICS 2026 logo और website लॉन्च की थी। भारत की chairship के लिए इस बार 'Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation and Sustainability' theme रखी गई है।
