Delhi University DUSU Election 2026 Schedule Announced: Strict Green Rules और Voting Dates जारी
Delhi University ने DUSU Election 2026 का आधिकारिक schedule घोषित कर दिया है। इस साल voting 18 September को होगी और results 19 September को घोषित किए जाएंगे। University Proctor Professor Manoj Kumar Singh के नेतृत्व में प्रशासन ने पर्यावरण के अनुकूल (eco-friendly) campaigning और धन के प्रभाव को कम करने के लिए बड़े सुधार पेश किए हैं।
Campaigning के लिए सख्त Green Rules
इन बदलावों के तहत printed materials, जैसे posters, pamphlets और banners पर पूरी तरह ban लगा दिया गया है। Candidates इसके बजाय एक तय 'Wall of Democracy' पर handmade posters का उपयोग कर सकते हैं और उन्हें official university website पर hosted video speeches का उपयोग करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है। इसके अलावा, इस cycle के लिए पहले से तय ₹1 lakh security deposit को हटा दिया गया है।
Eligibility Criteria और Candidates के लिए नियम
Eligibility criteria काफी सख्त हैं, जिसके तहत सभी candidates के लिए कम से कम 75% attendance होना और किसी भी academic arrears से मुक्त होना जरूरी है। Undergraduate और postgraduate students के लिए age limits 16 August तक क्रमशः 22 और 25 years strictly capped की गई हैं।
Vehicle Use और Women's Colleges के लिए Guidelines
University ने campaign activities पर भी सख्त limits लगाई हैं, जिसमें vehicle use को सीमित करना, promotional items के distribution पर ban लगाना और यह अनिवार्य करना शामिल है कि women's colleges में campaigning केवल female students द्वारा ही की जाए। Lyngdoh Committee recommendations और National Green Tribunal directives से निर्देशित प्रशासन, college-level polls के लिए Electronic Voting Machines की potential introduction सहित electoral process को modernize करने की योजना के साथ आगे बढ़ रहा है, जबकि student organizations के इन reforms पर अलग-अलग views हैं।
