Delhi Mayor Pravesh Wahi ने Bal Vatika और Aerobin का किया उद्घाटन, लोगों से की सफाई की अपील

दिल्ली के Mayor Pravesh Wahi ने मंगलवार, 11 अगस्त को North West Delhi के Prashant Vihar स्थित Nigam Pratibha Vidyalaya में एक 'Bal Vatika' का उद्घाटन किया। इस कार्यक्रम में North West Zone की Deputy Director (Education) Rajkumari के साथ-साथ school के principal, teachers और parents भी शामिल हुए। Mayor Wahi ने Delhi Municipal Corporation (MCD) की प्रतिबद्धता को दोहराया कि students को excellent resources और quality education दी जाएगी, और modern facilities के जरिए good learning opportunities बनाने पर जोर दिया।

इसी दिन Mayor Wahi ने Rohini Sector-9 में एक 'Aerobin' भी launch किया। यह पहल Sampoorna NGO के support से शुरू की गई थी, जिसकी president Shobha Vijender inauguration के दौरान मौजूद थीं। यह Aerobin bio-culture का उपयोग करके 10 kilograms wet waste को compost में बदलने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है, जो source पर waste segregation और disposal को आसान बनाता है।

अपने कार्यक्रमों के अंत में, Mayor Wahi ने Delhi के residents से अपील की कि वे अपने क्षेत्रों में cleanliness बनाए रखने के लिए Delhi Municipal Corporation का सहयोग करें। उन्होंने लोगों से आग्रह किया कि वे capital को clean and green बनाने के campaign में active participants बनें।
