बड़ी खबर: दिल्ली में बड़ा प्रशासनिक फेरबदल, एलजी तरनजीत सिंह संधू ने 3 IPS अधिकारियों का किया ट्रांसफर

नयी दिल्ली, 22 अगस्त 2026। दिल्ली के Lieutenant Governor तरनजीत सिंह संधू ने 3 Indian Police Service (IPS) अधिकारियों के transfer और posting को मंजूरी दे दी है। Police Establishment Board की recommendations के बाद, Delhi government के Home Department ने 22 अगस्त 2026 को immediate effect से official transfer order जारी किया है। इस administrative reorganization के तहत राजधानी की पुलिस व्यवस्था में ये बदलाव किए गए हैं।

नए directives के तहत, 2008-batch के IPS officer Chinmoy Biswal को Joint Commissioner of Police (Operations) के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है। Operations wing, Delhi Police का एक critical unit है जो law and order, special operations और security-related mandates की देखरेख के लिए जिम्मेदार है।

2009-batch के IPS officer Shivendra Kant Tiwari को Lieutenant Governor के Officer on Special Duty (OSD) के current position से reassigned किया गया है। वह अब Economic Offences Wing (EOW) के लिए Additional Commissioner of Police के रूप में काम करेंगे, जो major financial fraud और complex white-collar crimes की जांच करने वाली specialized division है।

इसके अतिरिक्त, 2010-batch की IPS officer Varsha Sharma को Economic Offences Wing की Additional Commissioner of Police के पद से transfer कर दिया गया है। वह अब Lieutenant Governor के OSD के रूप में पदभार संभालेंगी।
