Delhi Government ला रही है E-Cabinet सिस्टम, अब पेपरलेस होंगी कैबिनेट मीटिंग्स और बढ़ेंगी कार्यक्षमता
Delhi government अपने administrative operations को modernize करने के लिए E-Cabinet system शुरू करने जा रही है। Chief Minister Rekha Gupta ने National Informatics Centre (NIC) के experts के साथ एक detailed consultation की है। इस digital framework का उद्देश्य cabinet meetings को paperless, secure, efficient और transparent बनाना है। यह proposed system notes, agendas और meeting minutes सहित cabinet proceedings के सभी aspects को एक secure digital interface के माध्यम से manage करेगा, जिससे physical documentation पर निर्भरता कम होगी।
Government Processes होंगे Streamline
यह initiative government processes को streamline करने, decision-making को expedite करने और policy implementation की real-time monitoring सुनिश्चित करने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है। इस system में role-based digital access होगा, जिससे authorized officials केवल relevant documents ही देख सकेंगे। इससे confidential information की security enhance होगी। Ministers और senior officials meetings के दौरान documents तुरंत review करने के लिए tablets का उपयोग कर सकेंगे। इसके अलावा, यह system timely execution और accountability सुनिश्चित करने के लिए cabinet decisions के status को भी track करेगा।
Administrative Cost और Time में आएगी कमी
Chief Minister के अनुसार, इस digital platform पर shift होने से cabinet proposals को process करने में लगने वाला समय काफी कम हो जाएगा। इससे printing और document storage से जुड़े administrative costs minimize होंगे। साथ ही, यह एक more systematic और transparent governance structure सुनिश्चित करेगा। meeting के दौरान, NIC experts ने अन्य Indian states में currently use हो रहे similar E-Cabinet systems के implementation और operational experiences पर insights प्रदान किए।
