Monsoon Session से पहले Delhi Assembly की High-Level Security Review और Mock Drill पूरी
दिल्ली विधानसभा में शुक्रवार से शुरू होने वाले Monsoon Session से पहले Thursday को एक High-Level Security Review Meeting बुलाई गई। Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta की अध्यक्षता में हुई इस बैठक में सुरक्षा चुनौतियों, security forces की तैनाती, surveillance systems, communication protocols, emergency action plans, visitor management, search procedures, traffic management और medical, fire व evacuation जैसी emergency services का पूरी तरह आकलन किया गया।
बैठक में शामिल हुए Senior Officials
इस बैठक में Delhi Police के Senior Officials शामिल हुए, जिनमें Special Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Devesh Srivastava, Joint Commissioner of Police (Northern Range) Madhukar Verma, Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) Raja Banthia, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Security) Hukmaram Sai और Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) Niharika Bhatt शामिल रहे। इसके अलावा Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Delhi Fire Service, Bomb Disposal Squad, Detective Unit, Special Staff, SWAT Team, local police, ambulance services और Delhi Assembly Secretariat के Representatives ने भी हिस्सा लिया।
Mock Drill और Security Deployments
Monsoon Session से पहले Thursday को Delhi Police ने Assembly premises के अंदर एक comprehensive mock drill की। इस अभ्यास का उद्देश्य सुरक्षा तैयारियों, emergency response capabilities और किसी भी अनहोनी से निपटने की readiness का मूल्यांकन करना था। Session के दौरान CRPF jawans सहित लगभग 130 police personnel तैनात किए जाएंगे। सुरक्षा को और मजबूत करने के लिए perimeter के चारों ओर view cutters लगाए गए हैं, एक Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) level officer को स्थायी रूप से तैनात किया गया है और बेहतर coordination व rapid response के लिए Assembly के भीतर Delhi Police का एक dedicated office बनाया गया है।
नए Security Protocols और Entry व्यवस्था
सभी entry gates पर hydraulic road blockers और upgraded entry control system लगाकर security measures को और पुख्ता किया गया है। किसी भी emergency में तुरंत कार्रवाई के लिए CRPF Quick Response Teams (QRTs) तैनात की गई हैं। Revised entry protocols के तहत, Assembly premises में प्रवेश केवल Gate No. 1 से होगा, जबकि बाकी सभी entry points पर controlled access रहेगा ताकि overall security बढ़ाई जा सके। Special CP Devesh Srivastava ने Speaker Gupta को आश्वासन दिया कि एक smooth और safe session के लिए सभी जरूरी security arrangements पूरे हैं, और Speaker Gupta ने सभी agencies से session के दौरान आपसी coordination बनाए रखने का आग्रह किया।
