Monsoon Session से पहले Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta ने की Security और Logistical Arrangements की समीक्षा
दिल्ली विधानसभा के आगामी Monsoon Session को सुरक्षित और व्यवस्थित तरीके से चलाने के लिए 6 August 2026 को Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta ने comprehensive review किया। Eighth Delhi Legislative Assembly का यह सत्र 7 August से 11 August 2026 तक तय किया गया है। सत्र के एजेंडे को अंतिम रूप देने के लिए 6 August को Business Advisory Committee की बैठक भी आयोजित की गई थी (Source)।
कड़े Security Measures और Deployment
सत्र के दौरान multi-layered security measures लागू किए जाएंगे, जिसमें Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) के सदस्यों सहित लगभग 130 security personnel शामिल हैं। किसी भी emergency के तुरंत एक्शन के लिए CRPF Quick Response Team (QRT) तैनात की गई है, और Delhi Legislative Assembly में Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) level के अधिकारी को स्थायी रूप से तैनात किया जाएगा (Source)। Assembly premises में Entry केवल Gate No. 1 से होगी और बाकी gates बंद रहेंगे, साथ ही सभी entry points पर hydraulic road blockers लगाए जा रहे हैं। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, unauthorized visual access को रोकने के लिए complex के चारों ओर "View cutters" भी लगाए जाएंगे और operational preparedness का आकलन करने के लिए Delhi Police ने mock drill की। Special Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Devesh Shrivastava ने Speaker को security deployment की detailed information दी।
Bills, Reports और Paperless Session
यह session paperless होने जा रहा है, जिसमें सभी notices NeVA (National e-Vidhan Application) portal के माध्यम से digitally submit करने होंगे। Public service delivery, Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board और Bed-and-Breakfast establishments को कवर करते हुए तीन महत्वपूर्ण bills पेश किए जाने हैं (Source)। इसके अतिरिक्त, Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India की दो reports और Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission की एक notification प्रस्तुत की जाएगी। Chief Minister and Finance Minister Rekha Gupta financial year 2025-26 के लिए Supplementary Demands for Grants का पहला batch पेश करेंगी और Delhi Appropriation (No. 1) Bill, 2026 introduce करेंगी। Speaker Vijender Gupta ने House की preparedness पर confidence व्यक्त किया और legislators से public interest issues पर meaningful discussions में शामिल होने का आग्रह किया।
