New Delhi में B-School Leaders की बैठक, छात्रों को Future Roles के लिए तैयार करने पर हुई चर्चा

New Delhi के India Habitat Centre में 21 August को Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), Northern Region और Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad की तरफ से B-School Leaders' Meet का आयोजन किया गया। इस meeting का मुख्य उद्देश्य management education को बदलते industry expectations के साथ जोड़ना और MBA के core purpose को बनाए रखना था, जिसकी जानकारी ANI News report में दी गई है।

National Education Policy और Regulations पर चर्चा

Role Competency Playbook और Curriculum

IMT Ghaziabad के Director Prof. (Dr.) Atish Chattopadhyay ने कहा कि management programs को students को बिना role-bound किए 'role-ready' बनाना चाहिए। इस session के दौरान उन्होंने IMT Ghaziabad की 'Role Competency Playbook' पेश की, जो employer requirements को specific role families, competencies, curriculum choices और learning experiences से जोड़ती है। इस conference में technological change, नए business models और market uncertainty के माहौल में academic curricula और workplace expectations के बीच की दूरी को कम करने की strategies पर भी चर्चा की गई, जैसा कि ANI News report में उल्लेख है।
