Allahabad High Court में Noida Workers Protests के सभी FIRs को एक साथ जोड़ने की याचिका पर सुनवाई
Noida में अप्रैल महीने में हुए फैक्ट्री वर्कर्स के protests के मामले में legal proceedings अभी भी active हैं। Allahabad High Court में एक plea दाखिल की गई है, जिसमें participants के खिलाफ दर्ज multiple First Information Reports (FIRs) को consolidate (एक साथ जोड़ने) की मांग की गई है। ये protests शुरुआत में higher wages, improved working conditions और labor rights की demand के लिए organize किए गए थे, जिसके बाद state intervention और legal challenges सामने आए।
20 अगस्त 2026 तक के judicial analysis के अनुसार, 7 FIRs में कुल 106 arrests पर 222 total bail orders पास हुए हैं। इनमें से 188 bail pleas यानी कुल का 84% मंजूर कर ली गई हैं। Courts ने observation दिया कि protest crowd में सिर्फ मौजूद होना liability establish करने के लिए کافی नहीं है। इसके विपरीत, prosecution द्वारा जिन लोगों को conspirators, instigators of violence या WhatsApp groups के जरिए protests coordinate करने वाला बताया गया, उनकी bail consistently deny कर दी गई है। NSA के तहत booked specific activists और एक journalist भी इनमें शामिल हैं।
इस litigation में प्रमुख चेहरों में Aditya Anand शामिल हैं, जिन्हें movement का mastermind बताया गया है और जिन्हें Tamil Nadu से non-bailable warrant के बाद arrest किया गया था। Student activist Akriti Choudhary और journalist Satyam Verma जैसे prominent individuals NSA के तहत detention में हैं, और Allahabad High Court ने उनकी तरफ से फाइल habeas corpus petitions पर Uttar Pradesh government से responses मांगे हैं।
Campaign for the Release of Workers and Activists of Noida (CaRWAN) detained लोगों की release के लिए advocate कर रहा है और state authorities पर 'witch-hunt' का आरोप लगा रहा है। वहीं Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ने dual stance रखा है जिसमें worker rights और labor laws के compliance की बात के साथ-साथ violence के instigators को suppress करने के निर्देश भी शामिल हैं। Initial unrest के बाद लागू किए गए interim minimum wage hike के impact को monitor करते हुए ongoing legal process multiple FIRs की complexity को solve करने का प्रयास कर रहा है।
